An evening on the history and issues ahead for school reform, especially in Washington, DC. Noted reformer Whitney Tilson leads a discussion on the history and the horizon line for change.

Please join many local education reform organizations as we present
"The Critical Need for School Reform and How to Achieve It."


In this presentation, noted education reformer Whitney Tilson
will discuss the history of school reform in the United States and
why, as a nation and as a city, we must urgently support best
practices that work in closing the achievement gap. In addition
to national data, DC School Reform Now will be presenting and
releasing a report on the achievement gap in DC. 

Help us invite friends, neighbors, and colleagues to this important
event.  As concerned citizens, we must demand equal access to
a quality education as a civil right for everyone.
