FURTHER DETAILS ON THIS SHOW ....

Sponsored by the Dartmouth Club of Washington and Black Alumni of
Dartmouth - Washington, DC Region.
Join a cadre of Ivy alums for this contemporary, high-energy take on
an African tale, set right here in our Nation's Capital.

Lighting Designer Colin Bills (Dartmouth '98), Director of Marketing/PR
Laurie Levy-Page (Yale '83), Associate Director of Development Barbara
Rollins (Dartmouth '84), Just Imagine! Gift Shop Manager Anne Elisa
McDonnell (Cornell '81) and Production & Facilities Associate Alexis
Dearborn (Dartmouth '04) will be on hand to talk about their work with
Imagination Stage and theatre in the DC region.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCTION
Zomo the Rabbit calls the Sky God (on his cell phone, of course) and
raps that he wants the ultimate prize of wisdom. Sky God gives him
three tasks:
1) get the dance shoes of Big Fish at the DC Waterfront;
2) get the spray-paint cans from Wild Cow at the National Zoo;
3) get the turntable from DJ the Leopard in Adams Morgan.

Zomo succeeds in trickster fashion, but it's only by sharing the prizes he's
won that he invents hip-hop, leading all the characters to celebrate their
African American culture together.

ENJOYED by Ages 4+
