ON 10/23, MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST KATHY GAUSE (at Drake Beam Morin - DBM) pinpoints the must-know steps for vaulting the hurdles to federal jobs.  Learn 6 keys - ranking your skills, establishing KSAs, preparing for interviews and beyond.  Kathy's broad and deep experience (US Navy, USDA, EEO and several key professional organizations) informs her unique presentation, and she's done many.

A 40-year veteran of government service, she's spent 25 of those years in management ranks (retiring at the Senior Executive Service or "SES" level).  She leads her own management consulting group and works with DBM.
