VIRTUAL EVENT - Discussion with Barksdale Maynard '88 on Princeton's Architecture

Join PCW for a discussion with Barksdale Maynard '88 on Princeton's architectural history!

Barksdale Maynard '88 wrote the first-ever history of America's fourth-oldest (and greatest!) university campus. His 2012 book, "Princeton: America's Campus," is described as an extraordinary history (including pictures) about Princeton's campus architecture and was recently named one of the best books ever written about New Jersey. In this presentation, Barksdale will lead us through the history of how Princeton came to have the beautiful campus we know today--and how it is currently threatened by plans to build a sprawling new Art Museum in Brutalist concrete.
