Harvard Club: Talk and Reception at the African Union Mission

The Harvard Club of DC will host a reception at the Mission of the African Union with HE Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, the African Union Ambassador to the United States. This is a Harvard Club event but is open to Ivy League alumni and their guests.

   

 
The Harvard Club of DC will host a reception at the Mission of the African Union with HE Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, the African Union Ambassador to the United States, on Wednesday, August 14. Dr. Chihombori-Quao will discuss the African diaspora, the origins and lingering effects of colonialism, and the future of the continent. This is a Harvard Club but is open to Ivy League alumni and their guests. Please RSVP through the Harvard Club website below (use the dedicated Princeton Club link to buy your tickets). 


When: Wednesday, August 14 | 6:30 — 8:00pm
6:30 — 6:45pm: Registration
6:45 — 7:15pm: Ambassador Chihombori-Quao remarks
7:15 — 8:00pm: Reception featuring pan-African cuisine and beer and wine
