PCW Community Service: Dreaming Out Loud DC
Volunteer with fellow Tigers to help plant an orchard in DC
Help ring in Fall by planting an orchard with PCW at a community farm! Dreaming Out Loud DC at the Farm at Kelly Miller (4900 Brooks St NE, Washinton DC) is working with Casey Trees to help expand the community garden at and add a few shade trees to the surrounding area. Volunteers will be welcomed with light breakfast and a celebratory lunch. Bring a water bottle and closed toe shoes. Volunteers under 18 years old are welcome with parents!

Casey Trees has a mission to restore, enhance and protect the tree canopy of the nation's capital. Each year this organization plants more than 3000 trees across all 8 wards.
Dreaming out loud DC is an organization dedicated to providing improved access to healthy food through community based food systems centered around collaborative infrastructure and growing food closer to where people live.
