PCW Museum Saturdays: Folger Shakespeare Library

Please join PCW for a guided tour of the Folger Shakespeare Library!

PCW's Museum Saturdays returns on March 25th with a guided tour of the Folger Shakespeare Library.

This spring, the Folger is hosting a special traveling exhibition: 500 Years of Treasures from Oxford. The exhibition features books and manuscripts from the renowned library of Corpus Christi College--one of the University of Oxford's oldest. This is a unique opportunity to see a collection that rarely leaves the United Kingdom, including many works that have never been seen by the public.

The tour begins at 2:00 pm. We will meet inside the Folger Library's Visitor Entrance, which is located on the west side of the building near the intersection of East Capitol Street and 2nd Street SE.

Date: Saturday March 25th

Time: 2:00pm ET

Location: Folger Shakespeare Library, 201 East Capitol St SE. The Folger is located on Capitol Hill, approximately one block from the Capitol Visitor Center and the US Supreme Court. The closest metro station is Capitol South (Orange, Blue, or Silver Line), which is located at the intersection of C St and First St SE.

Cost: Free for PCW members, $5 for non-members
