Ever wanted to try CrossFit? Now's your chance! PCW is teaming up with CrossFit MPH to offer a discounted 1-hour introductory class on Saturday, December 10

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness program that combines elements from Olympic weightlifting, sprinting, rowing, gymnastics, powerlifting, and calisthenics. It focuses on varied functional movements (push-ups, squats, and other exercises performed in different variations and with modifications depending on your fitness level) executed at a high intensity. 

At CrossFit MPH, a typical class consists of a warm-up, a technique session, a workout session, and an organized cool-down. Beginner? No worries! You will be guided every step of the way with our expert coaching and supportive community. CrossFit is an extremely effective strength and conditioning program for everyone. Every workout is modifiable for all fitness levels.

Here are some details about our upcoming class: 



Date & TimeSaturday, December 10th from 12:15pm-1:30pm

Location: CrossFit MPH, 1457 Church Street NW, Washington, DC, 20005 (Located in Logan Circle near U-St and Dupont Circle metro stations)

Price: $5 for PCW members and $10 for non-members

Bring: Water bottle and wear workout clothes and sneakers
