ARC Innovators provides program participants with opportunities to apply and expand their skills in a nonprofit setting through pro bono projects with our partner organizations in New Jersey, New York City, and Washington, DC. Innovators are active or retired professionals, individuals with significant life experience, and those looking to reenter the workforce. Our nonprofit partners are looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals (and small teams) who are ready to apply their particular skills toward an advanced, short-term project. By bringing their expertise and a fresh perspective to bear on persistent challenges, Innovators create lasting change while gaining valuable experience in a nonprofit setting.

Don’t have time for a project right now or know someone else who would make a great ARCInnovator? Share this email with friends, family, and colleagues who would like to create something new with a leading nonprofit organization.

Click on an ARC Innovators logo or organization name to learn more about a specific project. Application review will begin in June, with most Innovators beginning projects in August. Projects are filled once a qualified candidate is selected.
