Come relax at an informal happy hour.  Nibble on some hors d’oeuvres as you converse with a great group of people who remember when Ireland was known as “The Celtic Tiger”, but not when the entire “Emerald Isle” was part of the British Commonwealth.  See old friends and make new ones.  There will be a pay-as-you-go-menu & happy hour drink prices.


James Hoban’s is on the southwest side of Dupont Circle close to the Metro’s south (19th Street) entrance.  Street parking is tight but Colonial Parking is at 19th and N.  For more information and to RSVP:


Boomers to Busters is sponsored by the University of Chicago Club of DC. It is targeted for undergraduate and graduate alumni of Chicago and other schools who were undergraduates from the 1970s to 1990s, and their spouses, partners, and guests.
