Compelled to resign to quiet an election year uproar over the management of a training conference in Las Vegas, Martha Johnson, former Administrator of GSA, reveals the larger story of innovation she championed in the agency. Her provocative and highly effective strategies for challenging bureaucratic torpor combine with her intensely personal story of resilience to offer valuable insights for leaders who want to make a big difference in the world.
