NORM ORNSTEIN'S Biography (IN BRIEF)
Norman Ornstein
-- at the American Enterprise Institute -- has had a
career spanning 7 presidents and many Congresses. He now has an
unparalleled record of addressing a broad array of groups on issues
that touch all Americans.

He is a sought-after speaker around the country and the globe. He
last addressed PCW at our "
Pundits Panel" (November, 2008).

His weekly column appears in Roll Call and he's an election analyst
for CBS News. He's also a co-director of the AEI-Brookings Election
Reform Project and participates in AEI's Election Watch series. He
also serves as a senior counselor to the Continuity of Government
Commission. Mr. Ornstein led a working group of scholars and
practitioners that helped shape the McCain-Feingold Act, which
reformed the campaign financing system. He was elected as a
fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2004.

Norm Ornstein's Ph. D. is from the University of Minnesota.
