He now has an unparalleled record of addressing a broad array of groups on issues that touch all Americans. He is a sought-after speaker around the country and the globe. He last addressed PCW at our "Pundits Panel" (November, 2008). His weekly column appears in Roll Call and he's an election analyst for CBS News. He's also a co-director of the AEI-Brookings Election Reform Project and participates in AEI's Election Watch series. He also serves as a senior counselor to the Continuity of Government Commission. Mr. Ornstein led a working group of scholars and practitioners that helped shape the McCain-Feingold Act, which reformed the campaign financing system. He was elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2004. Norm Ornstein's Ph. D. is from the University of Minnesota.
