MODERATOR's BIO: David Rothenberg P’92
Managing Director, Manor Park Ventures (MPV)

Dave started Manor Park Ventures -- a strategic advisory firm focused
on providing a cost effective “outsource” model for strategic business
development – in 2009. EARLIER, Dave launched MDLinx, Inc., a
healthcare technology company that became the 2nd largest online
physician network (after WebMD) in the US.  MDLinx was acquired
by a division of SONY in 2006. Previously, Dave was Special
Assistant to Ambassador William Taylor at the US Department of
State, coordinating over $1B of economic, humanitarian, as well as
democratization aid to the former Soviet Union.  Prior to the State
Department, Dave worked in the Corporate Group at the law firm
Paul, Weiss, Rifkin, Wharton & Garrison (in Washington DC), for
the International Rescue Committee (in Tbilisi, Georgia) and for
Lutheran World Relief (in Nairobi, Kenya).  Dave received his A.B.
from Princeton University, his M.Phil. in International Relations
from the University of Cambridge, and his J.D. from Harvard Law
School. Dave has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal,
CNN, PBS, Bloomberg TV, and The Washington Post on
healthcare and entrepreneurial issues.

TIM LEVY - Associate, Cooley Godward Kronish
Tim Levy now serves as an associate in the Cooley Godward Kronish
Business Department (Reston, VA office). His focus: general business
and corporate law, plus technology and emerging growth companies. 
He co-founded Varsity Books.com (1997); now The Varsity Group, Inc.,
(NASDAQ: VSTY), an online supplier of textbooks to colleges; in 2003,
he co-founded The K-12 Group, Inc., which offers products and services
to parents, students and teachers (K-12).
 
Tim Levy received his J.D. with honors, George Washington University
Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington Journal
of International Law and Economics. He served as clerk to the Hon. William
A. Dreier, Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division, Superior Court of
New Jersey.  Tim Levy is a Columbia University graduate ('92).
